Japan Visa Status
To know you online Japan visa status, you required to put the following information: Application ID. Passport Number.
TIP: Make sure that you have application ID and your passport number are accurate.
Your application has been successfully Submitted.
Your e-Visa has been e-mailed to you which is provided in the visa application. You will be required to show a hard copy or soft copy of the e-Visa authorization document on your arrival at the entry point.
Your application is on Processing
You have submitted your visa application successfully. You will receive your visa at the time chosen when filling out the application form, A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.
Information Note:

- If you did not receive the e-mail message that you have requested, please check your spam folder.
- You have submitted your travel health declaration form Application successfully.
- Health Declaration Form will be sent to you by email within 72 hours of your arrival date. Please be advised to check the arrival date carefully. And wait for your approved Health Declaration Form.
- Like if your arrival date is 18th the approved form will be sent to you on 15th or 16th or 17th. So please wait for it. If you did not get it at that time please contact us.
