HELP - Name in my visa

Hello, my name is Gio from Indonesia.
I have planning to visit Japan on 25 Nov - 1 Dec 2024.
I have submitted application in Javes last week and already got approval. But i have some concern here :

Can you give advise for the name in Visa because of my name in Visa exemption is Pasca Giovanni. Meanwhile my name in my passport is Giovanni Pasca. Would it be problem in Japan Immigration because the difference between my passport and visa exemption?

Also, i want to ask confirmation on my application because i got information that it would be easier to have sticker visa waiver in my passport and no need waiting or connecting handphone with internet in immigration? Is it correct?
Do i need to go to japan immigration or JVAC to regist sticker in visa waiver?

If i only use the visa exemption and download the pdf format in my phone, then showing to the immigration officer, is it allowed?

One more thing, my friends living in Jayapura (Papua) with e-visa, how can they proceed visa exemption? If they want to proceed offline, where they can go?

Last week, i already called javes contact center, but then i just noticed that some issue not covered up. I'm really hope that the answer will help me to solve my problem and easier my preparation.
